On the understanding that strict Social Distancing is practiced Having reviewed the protocols the new procedures are as follows:

🐴 Booking: All facility hire must be booked at the latest the day before your hire

🐴 Payment: All payments must be made by bacs at the latest the day before your hire.

🐴 Upon Arrival: You must park in the rear car park use the main outdoor arena only do not use any other arena

🐴 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your hire session starting. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will not be refunded.
