Rules of the Winter Unaffiliated Show Jumping League
This is an Unaffiliated League, to encourage you to keep going through the Winter months, most of all it is Fun
40cm/50cm/60cm/70cm/80cm
There are Trophies up for grabs, at each height plus an Overall Points Trophy
Fabulous Mega Rosettes for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd at each height
Results will be split horses and ponies on the night
Points will be awarded to both sections but the Overall winners will be the combination with the most points at each height
A points Table will be published after each evening so you can keep an eye on how you are doing
Not too many rules
1 4 Faults per fence down or refusal
2 Elimination for 3 refusals, Horse or Rider Fall
3 All competitions are Single Phase
4 My Decision is Final J
The winner is the person with the most points at the end series of competitions
Final Day Trophies will be presented to the winners
Points as follows in each section
1st 6 points 2nd 5 points 3rd 4 points 4th 3 points 5th 2 points 6th 1 points
YOU CAN ONLY GAIN POINTS FOR THE HIGHEST HEIGHT YOU JUMP, IF YOU DO PROGRESS DURING THE WINTER TO THE NEXT HEIGHT UP I WILL CARRY THE POINTS OVER. HOWEVER PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A FRIENDLY /FUN LEAGUE & SO I WOULD HOPE FOLK COMPETE IN THE SPIRIT OF THE LEAGUE & DO NOT JUMP AT 40CM TO GAIN PONITS WHEN YOU USUALLY JUMP AT 60CM ETC !!!!!
