ABSOLUTELY NO STOPWATCHES TO BE WORN
Penalties for over or under optimum time at .5 per second
Prize Information
Prizes, 5 -10 Starters: 1st prize, 11 - 20 Starters: 1st & 2nd prize, 21+ Starters: 1st, 2nd & 3rd prize. 1st prize = £25, 2nd prize = £15, 3rd prize = £10 Prizes.
Withdrawals/Refunds
No refunds in any circumstances, unless a veterinary certificate is presented before the commencement of the class.
Terms & Conditions
1. The winner of each competition will be the closest to the
optimum time and least penalties. Time penalties awarded both over and under
the optimum time set on the day and published on the gate.
2. Skull Caps to LATESTS standard must be worn. SJ or XC attire can be work.
Body Protectors are compulsory. Anyone starting the course without a Body
protector will be eliminated.
3. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
4. Any competitor will be disqualified for dangerous riding, misuse of whips or
spurs, or abusive conduct towards any member of the Hill House Team. 5. All
entry fees are non-refundable unless a veterinary certificate is presented
before the commencement of the class.
6. Show Jumping phase will be run under current Trailblazer T2 (I.e 3 refusals
= Elimination)
7. 2 penalties for a knockdown, 20 penalties for refusal, run out or crossing
of tracks, 40 penalties for 2nd refusal etc, elimination for 3rd refusal etc.
Elimination for a fall of horse or rider.
8. Any combination eliminated in the show jumping phase will not be allowed to
continue onto the XC phase.
9. The organisers, or anyone acting on their behalf, shall not be liable for
any accident, damage, theft or injury to persons attending the event or to
animals or property however caused. All persons competing do so entirely at
their own risk.
10. Submission of an entry will be deemed to include acceptance of these
conditions & THE RULES OF Hill House Equestrian( Found at top of
“Competition Dates” page on our website ).
