Having reviewed the protocols
the new procedures are as follows:
🐴 Booking: All facility hire must be booked at the latest the day before your hire
🐴 Payment: All payments must be made by bacs at the latest the day before your hire.
🐴 Upon Arrival: You must park in the rear car park use the main outdoor arena only do not use any other arena
Toilet facilties only to be used in an emergency :)
please assess by going round the outside of main indoor at the far end down side of the kitchen
🐴 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your hire session starting. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will not be refunded.
🐴 You must use your common sense and adhere to the government social distancing rules and advice. This includes keeping a safe distance from all staff/other customers, travelling and exercising only with those who you live with, staying away if you have any symptoms
